You don’t get to be called “The Empire State of the South” without having a few songs written about you on the way. Georgia’s entertainment industry is growing massively, but music has always flourished from our red clay. To write a list of songs about Georgia and leave “Georgia on My Mind” out would be criminal–but we’re going to look at eight other songs featuring Georgia and Atlanta.
